Supportive Connections

Supportive hands

Supportive Connections is a monthly initiative offered by the Ottawa Network for Borderline Personality Disorder, designed specifically for graduates of the Family Connections™ course.

Meetings are held on Zoom on the second Thursday of each month, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. You're welcome to join us every month or whenever you're able to attend.

What to Expect

Supportive Connections offers a welcoming, peer-led space to:

  • Share experiences and insights
  • Navigate the ongoing challenges of loving someone with emotion dysregulation
  • Celebrate successes together
  • Refresh key concepts and skills from the Family Connections™ course
