One of the biggest challenges for people seeking mental health, substance use, and addictions services is knowing where to go.  That’s why health care partners, community service providers, and people with lived/living experience have worked together to create AccessMHA, a simple new single point of entry to eastern Ontario’s system of care for mental health and addictions.

AccessMHA makes it easier for you and your loved ones to access mental health and/or substance use support, services, and care. They will work with you to refer you to the services you need from a network of partner organizations, all while supporting you through the process.

Our region is taking a big step forward in improving access to mental health and addictions services for our communities with the launch of AccessMHA. AccessMHA is for anyone who is 16 years of age or older, living in eastern Ontario, and looking for mental health and/or substance use/addiction services.
