Free Webinar: The Application of Mindfulness in the Treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder
Mindfulness is a core skill of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and involves increasing self-awareness by learning to focus on one’s experience of the present moment. In this webinar geared toward family members of loved ones with borderline personality disorder (BPD), Dr. Blaise Aguirre will discuss the application of mindfulness in the treatment of BPD.
This webinar will make a great “refresher” for those who have previously attended a Family Connections program.
